Sweet n' Sour Prawns

SWEET N’ SOUR PRAWNS

INGREDIENTS:
800g Peeled Fresh Prawns  

8 x Tomatoes Liquidised
1 x Large Onion Finely Chopped
Half cup squeezed tamarind juice
Half cup tomato puree
2 x Teaspoon Fish Masala
3 x Teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 x Teaspoon Salt
1 x Teaspoon Tumeric Powder
1 x Teaspoon Dhania Powder
1 x Teaspoon Garlic Paste
2 x Tablespoon Sweet Chutney Source
2 x Tablespoon Sugar
Peppers and Dhania for garnishing


METHOD:
Braise the Onion, add Prawns & Garlic & Simmer for 5min.
Add all spices & Tomatoes until tomatoes are done.
Then add tomato puree & chilli.
Cook for 10min, add sugar and sweet chutney sauce.
Garnish with Peppers and Dhania.
Serve with savoury Rice or Roti.
